We can put together your own warm-up program for daily use.

It is a prevention program so that you have everything ‘in grip’ for a long time and you can continue your own way with a lot of joy.

This course is eligible for SVA program (SVA-Insurance).

The self-treatment exercises are recommended in case of ‘Maus-Hand’, Carpaltunnelsyndrom and tension in the hand muscles.
